The Reynaers ConceptSystem 77 (CS 77) is a high-quality aluminium door system (panel doors) that meets even the strictest requirements for thermal insulation, stability and security. The various door models have been specially designed and tested for burglar and bullet resistance as well as suitability in panic situations, thus also meeting the most demanding European standards. The standard panel door series is available in all inward- and outward-opening variants and with different lock types to meet individual customer wishes. The CS 77 panel doors offer various threshold types for all aesthetic and functional requirements. Special gaskets are used to ensure tightness, preventing possible warping of the element due to the temperature difference between the inside and outside. The system, with a 68 mm frame/leaf depth, can be customised with options such as concealed hinges, concealed drainage, flat threshold, zero threshold, access control, panic hardware and soft close. It offers burglar resistance RC2/RC3 and PAS 24, fire resistance EI30/EI60 and bullet-resistant variants; thermal insulation is Uf 1.8 W/(m²K), air tightness class 4, watertightness class 7A and sound insulation Rw 42 dB.
