2. Data We Collect
Through the contact form on our website we collect your full name, email address, phone number (optional), subject and message content. In addition, our server may store standard access logs (IP address, browser information, access time) for security purposes.
3. Purpose and Legal Basis
Your data is processed solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations and communicate with you. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest — responding to customer enquiries).
4. Retention Period
Your personal data is stored only for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry, at most until the expiry of statutory limitation periods for potential claims, and is then deleted.
5. Data Recipients
Your data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Only our service providers (hosting provider dhosting.pl and the email service) have access to the data, to the extent technically necessary. Your data is not transferred outside the EU/EEA.
