MB-SR50N

Aluprof MB-SR50N is one of Aluprof's most popular and versatile mullion-transom aluminium facade systems. It has been used in prestigious projects such as the National Stadium in Warsaw and the Kraków Airport terminal, and is installed in Poland's best-known shopping centres and office buildings. The slim 50 mm face widths create a minimalist look with high load-bearing capacity; the mullions and transoms, which can be executed flush on the inside, form a homogeneous framework that enables clean connections to internal walls and suspended ceilings. Thanks to the wide profile range, the system carries loads of up to 1100 kg on fixed facade modules; innovative accessories and connectors allow the integration of different door and window types, including projected and roof windows. The HPVC thermal break and EPDM gaskets guarantee very good thermal insulation and minimise condensation on the aluminium elements. With the HI and HI+ variants (increased insulation), the add-on variant A on steel or timber structures, PL (emphasising vertical/horizontal divisions), EFEKT (all-glass facade) and the fire protection versions EI 30–EI 60, it offers great design freedom. It has successfully passed hurricane tests to Florida requirements and impresses with recyclable materials (aluminium, PA 66, EPDM), an EPD environmental product declaration and the PZH hygiene certificate.
